Description
Hi,
According to this page:
https://cernvm.cern.ch/portal/ec2
cernVM is available to run on EC2 via an AMI. I searched community AMIs and was only able to find the (apparently) relevant image(s) in the us-east-1 region. A few questions and comments:
1) It's not clear which image I should be running. Moreover, it's not clear that any of the images that came up in my search are legitimate; a malicious user could upload similarly-named AMIs with nasty software on them and users would have no way of knowing. It would be great if you could publish on your page the exact ami ID's.
2) Is there a technical reason to make these images available only on us-east-1? It would be nice if they were available in other regions.
Thanks!
