    Description

When there are multiple repositories in a domain, it's very helpful to have them share a master key so a single domain.d config can be used by clients. A number of domains have gotten tripped up by that, because cvmfs_server mkfs always creates new master keys by default. Change cvmfs_server mkfs to re-use master keys when new repositories are in the same domain as an existing repository. Either have it do that by default, or make a recommended configuration option to do it.
