      Description

      When building cvmfs from source in an Ubuntu 16.04 machine, the flag
      cmake -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/usr needs to be set when executing the cmake command. Otherwise the default location is wrong (/usr/local) and it is not possible to create a repository since there is the following failure in the initial commit:

      {{Initial commit... (null)... fail
      (unexpected termination) Trying to remount /cvmfs/test.cern.ch read/write... fail}}

      The default value for this flag should be checked in order to build it in /usr by default avoiding this kind of issues.
