Unable to access /cvmfs/singularity.opensciencegrid.org

Several (but not all) cluster nodes in the LIGO Condor pool at CIT have the following problem,

[root@node538 ~]# ls /cvmfs/singularity.opensciencegrid.org

ls: cannot access /cvmfs/singularity.opensciencegrid.org: No such file or directory

which results in condor singularity jobs being put on hold,

This error can be cleared by running "cvmfs_config wipecache" and then waiting a few seconds up to a minute (or run "systemctl restart autofs" if you are impatient).
