30-day whitelist signing is actually a month

The message printed by 'cvmfs_server sign' says it is signing a 30-day whitelist, but it adds a month to the date which varies from 28 to 31 days. Either the message should be changed to a month or the --date specifier changed to '+30 days' instead of 'next month'.
