The grep bug that is evident in your log is fixed since this Pull Request. However, supporting EL7 for the server is potentially a bigger chunk of work and hence moved to 2.1.21.

          What I saw so far:

          • the /sbin/service calls need to be translated into corresponding systemctl (systemd) calls
          • SL7 comes with 2.4 Apache ('Require all granted') but with a /etc/httpd/conf.d directory

Also, during boot something seems to go wrong with the fuse mounting. The mount point appears in /proc/mounts but umount says "not mounted"

Update: Something must have been wrong with the machine. I couldn't reproduce this particular problem.
