Add support for globbing to TChain::Add

As requested at https://root-forum.cern.ch/t/tchain-and-wildcard/36369 and with a proposed solution at https://root-forum.cern.ch/t/problem-using-wildcards-in-tchain-add/31474/2,
it would be useful to extent TChain::Add to go beyond wildcarding the filename and to also support globbing, for example to also wildcard the directories in which the file reside.
