TCanvas.h causes compilation problems in Windows with VC9.0

    Description

      When including TCanvas.h (without any additional code) I get the following error:

      c:\root\include\tvirtualx.h(183): error C2059: syntax error : 'constant'

      This actually has happened with other versions of ROOT, as well. Other include files, TH1.h and TFile.h, etc. work just fine.
