Make Draw commands ignore +/-inf and NaN for axes

This improvement is well described in http://root.cern.ch/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=17055

Quickly, the idea is to do not take into account the Inf/NaN values when one plots a TF1 for example. You could for example add an option to do that.
