      Description

      In a CMS unit test, there is a segfault in the destructor of TMinuit, which causes a test failure.
      This occurs because the destructor calls:
      gROOT->GetListOfSpecials()->Remove(this);
      In this particular test, the TROOT destructor is called before the TMinuit destructor, so the dereferencing of gROOT in the TMinuit destructor causes a segfault. A trivial patch for this problem is attached. The patch works.
      The segfault occurs in the stand-alone test "testSideBandSubreaction" which is part of the unit test of PhysicsTools/Utilities
