Add support for R__LOAD_LIBRARY to ACLiC.

Since ACLiC already leverage rootcling and the rootmap file to know which library to load (before the script's library is loaded) and/or linked against, we could extend rootcling to add to this information the information passed by the user via R__LOAD_LIBRARY.
