    Description

      In CMS we are seeing remote xrootd file reads where a TBranch::Fill is triggering the TFile to read over and over again the same part of a cluster, even though the position requested to read from the file is not in the range of positions that TFileCacheRead has been told to read.

       

      The exact problem has been pin-pointed by Philippe.
