Sherpa 2.2.7 and OpenLoops 2.0.0 installation

Dear Genser devs,

the Sherpa team have just released Sherpa 2.2.7 with an important bugfix for top-production processes:

Could you install this into Genser please? From the ATLAS side we need primarly the LCG_88 platform.

Since we would like to use the OpenLoops libraries provided by Genser in the future, could you please also replace during the Sherpa configure the
"--enable-openloops=."
with an explicit
"--enable-openloops=/cvmfs/sft.cern.ch/lcg/releases/LCG_88/MCGenerators/openloops/2.0.0/<arch>"

And at that occasion could you install OpenLoops 2.0.0 which was released a few months ago and brings many improvements over 1.3.1 in Genser? It would be great to get this installed together with the list of processes (./openloops libinstall ...) listed as high-priority here:

The ones in low-priority also include some processes with large size, for which I'm not sure whether you have enough space to install them in cvmfs, so it's fine to leave those out.
