pandas - excel packages

Hi,
users of pandas who want to read from spreadsheets need to have an optional dependency installed (https://pandas.pydata.org/docs/reference/api/pandas.read_excel.html#pandas-read-excel)  for more details. Would it be possible to install `odf`, `xlrd` and `openpyxl`  in the LCG stacks?
