TestVectorSafety test is broken

    Description

      Test always fails with the following error:

      void testVectorSafety(vecgeom::cxx::VPlacedVolume*): Assertion `std::abs( safeties[i] - ss ) < 1E-3 && "Problem in VectorSafety (in SimpleNavigator)"' failed.
